Step -Low impact, moderate to high-intensity workout using an adjustable platform; Easy-to-follow choreography.
Muscle Conditioning - Define and condition your muscles within a group setting using your own body weight, weight, tubing, bars, stability balls, and step.
Step - Cardio Kickboxing - An intense cardiovascular and strength conditioning class that incorporates movements derived from boxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate. Focus is on basic punches and kicks to provide a dynamic, energetic, heart pumping workout.
Pilates- Floor exercises that focus on core strength and proper body alignment. For both beginners and advance athletes, Pilates heightens body awareness and coordination, promotes flexibility and agility, and teaches good posture and functional movement. Pilates builds strength without adding bulk.
Zumba - This class fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO Do! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA.
Just Abs - A 15 minute core condition workout utilizing resist-a-balls and your own body weight. Tight, firm, strong abs and back; 15 minutes is all you need.
PiYo - A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension, deepen breath, and improve posture. This class is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise.

Turbo Kick - This is a challenging total body cardio class via kickboxing. It includes functional lower body and abdominal training. It is choreographed to high energy music. Come check out this exciting new class!!
