  About Us After being established for fifteen years as Cardio Studios, this fitness facility was purchased by current Owner, Corey Lilley, in 2003 and renamed Health Time. Lilley’s Master’s Degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling combined with her expertise in personal training and nutritional counseling has attracted and retained a diverse group of clients. Her willingness to help individuals stay committed to their fitness regimens, nutritional health and well being is an example of the customer service that also reflects in her warm, talented and supportive staff. From cutting edge classes such as Zumba and Cardio Kickboxing to classics such as Step and Pilates, Health Time offers excellence in all aspects of a modern day women’s fitness center.  In 2006, Lilley had the opportunity to offer Health Time’s members an amazing addition to our services. Essentials By Sheila Spa was purchased by Lilley and renamed Heavenly Spa. Accessible through Health Time’s locker room or the building’s main hall, this enchanting day spa offers an array of services that are conveniently enjoyed by our fitness members and men and women of the general public. Our classic services include massage, facials, makeup and waxing while our cutting edge menu includes Botox, Juvederm, laser hair removal, threading ear candling and more.
